Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver physics lessons in accordance with the prescribed curriculum for Middle School
- Explain physics concepts clearly using age-appropriate teaching methods and real-world examples
- Conduct laboratory experiments and demonstrations while ensuring safety standards
- Develop lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessments
- Evaluate and grade students’ classwork, homework, tests, and projects
- Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback to students and parents
- Encourage critical thinking, inquiry, and scientific reasoning
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning setting
- Integrate technology and visual aids to enhance learning
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development programs, and school activities
- Collaborate with other teachers and contribute to curriculum planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Physics or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- B.Ed. or relevant teaching certification
- Prior experience teaching middle school is an advantage

- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- Ability to engage and motivate students
- Familiarity with laboratory equipment and safety protocols
- Basic proficiency in educational technology and digital tools
- Patience, adaptability, and enthusiasm for teaching

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
