Responsibilities:
- Job Timing: 2PM to 9PM
- Calling patients, explaining them about services Asha Neuromodulation clinic provides, Answering patient queries.
- Acquire valuable knowledge on services provided by Asha Neuromodulation clinic (ANC) during training period to address questions during the calls to answer patient queries.
- Setting up face-to-face appointments between patients and doctors
- Managing doctor schedules
- Updating and maintaining the data of calls and patients you interacted with
- Customer Relationship Management.
- Working closely with the Receptionists, Doctors and Marketing teams and updating them about the patient interactions
- Submitting daily call and patient report to the respective managers
- Managing Online Appointments for doctors




- Follow up on marketing leads
- Involves both inbound and outbond calling
- Proviing chat support through whatsapp chatbot to patients

Skills:
- Excellent English, Hindi and Telugu communication skills
- Completion of Graduation or Diploma
- Analytical and Problem-solving skills

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
