ROLE DESCRIPTION:
- Conducting a thorough analysis of potential clients by conducting market research, identifying target industries, and evaluating their needs and requirements to tailor the company's offerings.
- Liaising with clients onsite during events to ensure that their concerns and needs are promptly addressed, providing personalized assistance and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Responding to client inquiries promptly and professionally,



demonstrating excellent customer service skills and a strong knowledge of the company's products or services to assist clients effectively.
- Managing, maintaining, and developing robust relationships with key clients to deliver increased revenue by proactively engaging with clients, understanding their business objectives, and providing solutions that align with their goals.
- Performing ad hoc duties as required, such as preparing reports, conducting presentations, and participating in team meetings, to support the overall goals and objectives of the client management department.
- Source, invite, and liaise with high-profile speakers, thought leaders, and industry experts to participate in events.
- Ensure the content aligns with the company's business goals and target audience.

Travel around the country -Attending industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to represent the company, build relationships with existing clients, and identify new business prospects.
