Job Summary
The Admission Counselor plays a key role in guiding prospective students through the enrollment journey. This role involves counseling applicants, understanding their career goals, recommending suitable programs, and ensuring a smooth admission process while meeting enrollment targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand student backgrounds, career aspirations, and learning needs
- Recommend appropriate DataXSchool programs and explain curriculum, outcomes, and career paths
- Manage leads from inquiry to enrollment using CRM tools
- Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture and convert leads
- Conduct admission interviews and eligibility assessments
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment targets
- Coordinate with marketing, academic, and operations teams
- Participate in webinars, workshops, education fairs, and open house events
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular admission reports
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
