Company Overview:
A growing têxtile manufacturing unit engaged in saree and fabric production.

Job Objective:
To handle daily factory operations, manage workers, ensure smooth production, dispatch, and material movement, and report daily status to management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily work on factory floor as per assigned department
- Manage people and train as per requirement
- Ensure work quality, discipline, and timely completion
- Coordinate with other departments like production, store, dispatch, and accounts team
- Prepare daily work and status report for Management
- Handle urgent shop-floor issues and inform Management

Required Skills & Competencies:
- Practical experience in têxtile factory Preferred
- Basic knowledge of yarn, fabric,



saree production flow
- Work in Pressure situations
- Basic computer Knowledge (Excel etc)

Requirements:
- Education: ITI / Diploma/bachelor's degree
- Experience: 1 to 3 years in têxtile experience preferred. and Freshers as also welcome
- Other Requirements:
- Must possess a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
- Willing to travel locally when required.

Salary Compensation: 16k to 25k As per skills

Working Time:9:30 AM to 7 PM

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
