Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive IT Administrator to manage and support our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless system operations, network security, and efficient technical support across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain servers, systems, and network infrastructure:
- Provide L1/L2 technical support to end-users
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control (Active Directory):
- Monitor system performance, uptime, and security
- Implement and manage data backup and recovery processes:
- Handle network security, firewalls, antivirus, and endpoint protection:
- Maintain IT assets, licenses, and documentation
- Coordinate with external vendors for procurement and issue resolution

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 2 to 5 years of experience in IT administration or system support




- Robust knowledge of Windows/Linux environments:
- Understanding of networking concepts (LAN, WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP):
- Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud services:
- Hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
