Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage all on-site interior fit-out activities from start to completion
- Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, electricians, and other site teams to ensure timely execution
- Interpret drawings and ensure work is carried out as per approved designs and specifications
- Monitor quality of work, materials, and finishes to meet company standards
- Track project timelines and proactively resolve delays or site challenges
- Ensure proper handling, installation, and tracking of furniture and modular components
- Maintain daily site reports, progress updates, and issue logs
- Coordinate with factory/manufacturing teams for material dispatch and installation schedules
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site protocols
- Conduct site measurements and verify dimensions before execution

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field




- 2-5 years of experience in interior fit-out or furniture installation projects
- Strong understanding of modular furniture, carpentry, and material finishes
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs
- Good communication and team coordination skills
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of project management tools/software is a plus

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with modular furniture manufacturing or factory processes
- Hands-on experience with measurement, installation, and snag resolution
