Are you a culinary artist with a passion for bold Asian flavors and innovative fusion dishes? We’re looking for a talented Asian Fusion Chef to join our kitchen team If you're skilled in preparing Oriental cuisine, including momo, dim sum, sushi, and bao, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and execute a diverse menu of Asian fusion dishes with a focus on:
- Momos (Nepali/Tibetan dumplings):
- Dim Sum (Chinese-style bite-sized dishes):
- Sushi (Japanese traditional & fusion):
- Bao (steamed buns with creative fillings):
- Ensure high-quality food presentation and consistency
- Collaborate on seasonal menu development and kitchen innovation
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards in compliance with local regulations
- Manage kitchen inventory and coordinate with suppliers
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
