We are looking for a motivated and experienced Restaurant Captain who is passionate about hospitality and ready to take the next step in their career. If you enjoy leading a team, interacting with guests, and maintaining excellent service standards, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide service staff during shifts
- Ensure smooth restaurant floor operations and guest satisfaction
- Handle guest interactions professionally and resolve service concerns
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, presentation, and service etiquette
- Train and mentor junior team members including stewards
- Monitor table service flow and support upselling initiatives
What We Are Looking For
- 2-4 years of experience in restaurant service (Captain/Sr. Steward role preferred)
- Solid communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage busy service hours with confidence
- Passion for guest experience and hospitality excellence
- Basic knowledge of food & beverage service standards
