We are hiring on-ground field associates for a short-term outreach and marketing support activity in Kanpur.

This role involves visiting different market areas and interacting with local transport drivers and small business operators.

Key Responsibilities:
- Visit assigned localities and connect with drivers and commuters
- Explain basic onboarding / promotional information as trained
- Help interested people fill simple details through mobile form
- Share daily activity updates with the team supervisor
- Support local activation and awareness efforts

Work Nature:
- Outdoor field role with movement across nearby areas
- Direct public interaction and market visits
- Team-based campaign execution

Eligibility:
- Comfortable with field work and outdoor activities
- Basic communication skills required
- Freshers can apply




- Experience in field marketing / surveys / promotions is helpful
