Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute test cases and report bugs clearly
- Work closely with developers to resolve issues
- Understand project requirements and functional specifications
- Participate in test planning and documentation
- Perform regression and sanity testing
- Maintain test reports and track defects
Required Skills:
- Basic understanding of Software Testing concepts
- Knowledge of SDLC and STLC
- Familiarity with manual testing techniques
- Basic knowledge of tools like JIRA, Bugzilla (preferred)
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Robust communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Pursuing or completed B.E/B.Tech/BCA/MCA (IT/CS or related field)
- Knowledge of automation testing (Selenium) is a plus
- Basic understanding of APIs and databases is an advantage
