Job Role: Cricket Coach - Brahmavid Cricket Academy

Core Purpose
To train and develop students in cricket by building strong technical skills, match awareness, physical fitness, and sportsmanship, while preparing them for competitive participation at various levels.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct structured cricket coaching sessions covering batting, bowling, fielding, and match strategies.
- Plan training schedules focusing on skill development, fitness, and game awareness.
- Identify and nurture talented players and guide them for inter-school, district, state, and national-level tournaments.
- Organize practice matches, net sessions, and performance evaluations to improve match readiness.
- Prepare teams for competitions, including strategy planning and performance analysis.
- Maintain discipline, teamwork, and sportsmanship among students.
- Ensure proper use, maintenance, and availability of cricket equipment and training facilities.
- Collaborate with school management and sports department for events, camps, and tournaments.




- Monitor student progress and maintain performance records.
- Participate in school/sports academy events, training programs, and related activities.

Qualification & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree (B.P.Ed) - mandatory; Master’s degree (M.P.Ed) - preferred.
- Certification as a Cricket Coach from recognized bodies such as the Board of Control for Cricket in India, International Cricket Council, or Netaji Subhas National Institute of Sports - preferred.
- Minimum 2-5 years of relevant coaching experience.
- Solid technical knowledge of cricket and modern coaching methods.
- Ability to mentor, motivate, and discipline young players.
- Good communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,406.42 - ₹40,722.49 per month
