*Key Responsibilities*:
Site Surveys & Client Interaction: Conduct site surveys to understand client requirements, assess building constraints, and recommend the best storage systems.
Project Management & Installation: Lead the full project lifecycle, from site surveys and installation to commissioning, ensuring projects are on time and within budget.
Commercial & Vendor Coordination: Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM), quotations, and commercial proposals. Select and manage vendors, contractors, and installers for site work.
Sales Support:
Lead & work with sales teams to provide technical expertise in warehouse solutions.
*Required Skills & Qualifications*:
Technical Knowledge: Expertise in racking systems (pallet racking, shelving, high-density storage).
Experience: 3-7+ years in warehouse solution sales, engineering, or project management.
Communication Skills: Robust ability to interact with clients and negotiate with contractors.
On-time project delivery.
Project margin/profitability.
Installation quality and Space utilization efficiency.
SALARY RANGE: 35,000 to 40,000 monthly + (PF + Medical + Others)
