We are looking for a Real Estate Voice Process Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls, assist clients with property inquiries, and support the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound & outbound calls related to property inquiries
- Explain project details, pricing, and availability to customers
- Schedule site visits for interested clients
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer database
- Coordinate with sales team for closures
- Maintain call records and update CRM
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-5 years experience in Voice Process / Real Estate / Sales
- Positive communication skills (English & Regional language preferred)
- Basic knowledge of real estate industry (preferred)
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally
Qualification:
- Any Graduate / Undergraduate
Pay: ₹15,435.43 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
