Job Summary: We are looking for a Collection Executive to follow up with customers for pending payments related to home appliance purchases. Key Responsibilities: Call customers to remind and follow up on outstanding payments. Maintain polite and professional communication. Update payment status and records regularly. Coordinate with internal teams for billing queries. Ensure timely payment collection and customer satisfaction. Requirements: Positive communication skills (Hindi/English) Basic computer knowledge Prior experience in calling/collections/customer service preferred. Ability to handle customers professionally.
