Job Summary

The Dispatch Head is responsible for managing and supervising the complete dispatch process, ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient delivery of products to clients and distributors. The role includes coordination with production, warehouse, transporters, and clients to maintain smooth dispatch operations and customer satisfaction.

Key ResponsibilitiesDispatch Operations
- Plan and manage daily dispatch schedules.
- Ensure timely dispatch of all customer orders.
- Coordinate with production and warehouse teams for order readiness.
- Monitor loading and unloading activities.
- Ensure correct packing, labeling, and invoicing of materials.

Inventory & Documentation
- Maintain accurate dispatch records and stock movement.
- Verify invoices, e-way bills, LR copies, and transport documents.
- Ensure physical stock matches dispatch documentation.
- Maintain dispatch MIS reports and daily dispatch status.

Team Management
- Supervise dispatch staff, loaders,



and warehouse helpers.
- Assign daily work responsibilities and monitor productivity.
- Maintain discipline and safety standards in dispatch area.

Logistics Coordination
- Coordinate with transporters for timely vehicle placement.
- Track shipments and resolve delivery-related issues.
- Negotiate freight and transportation arrangements when required.
- Ensure dispatches are completed as per delivery commitments.

Quality & Compliance
- Ensure products are dispatched without damage.
- Follow company SOPs and safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization in dispatch area.
- Ensure compliance with GST and transportation regulations.
