Your Role Will Involve:
- Welcoming every customer with warmth and attention
- Listening actively to understand customer needs and offering the right products
- Going above and beyond to deliver an exceptional experience:
- Building trust and long-term relationships with customers
- Staying enthusiastic and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets:
- Taking initiative on store upkeep, visual merchandising, and stock organization
- Collaborating with your team to meet store goals and bring great energy to the floor
What You Bring:
- A love for helping people and the confidence to guide their choices
- Natural sales instincts and a passion for customer satisfaction
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- A hardworking, ownership-driven mindset:
- Experience in retail/lifestyle/jewellery/optical sales is a bonus (but not a must)
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
