Mathematics Faculty - JEE / Olympiad / Problem Solving Culture

CFAL is looking for faculty who can teach with depth, clarity, and rigor — at least up to JEE Main level, and ideally beyond. Age, degree, and years of experience are not the real filter. Mathematical ability is.

We are not primarily looking at age, formal titles, degrees, or the number of years on a résumé. A young teacher with unusual clarity, a mid-career faculty member with robust problem-solving ability, or a retired teacher who still loves mathematics and can truly teach — all are welcome.

What matters to us is simple:
*Can you think mathematically? Can you teach clearly? Can you help students rise to the level of JEE Main and beyond?*
