We are now looking for a Social Media Strategist to join our growing team. This is a client-facing, multi-dimensional role — you will plan content, curate trends, coordinate creatives, and ensure flawless delivery across multiple brands.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning
- Develop monthly social media calendars for multiple clients across industries.
- Present content plans, campaign concepts, and strategy decks to clients and secure approvals.
- Create campaign roadmaps around festivals, product launches, and seasonal moments that resonate with Indian audiences.
- Conduct competitor analysis and benchmarking to identify growth opportunities.

Content Ideation & Curation
- Research and curate content themes, ideas,



and trends relevant to each client.
- Draft engaging post captions, campaign concepts, and storytelling hooks.
- Identify and adapt trending audio, memes, and formats to ensure brands stay relevant.

Collaboration & Production
- Work closely with designers to translate content ideas into high-quality creatives.
- Coordinate with reel managers, videographers, and content creators for shoots (virtual or in office).
- Ensure deliverables are aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Execution & Delivery
- Manage content pipelines to ensure timely delivery across multiple clients.
- Liaise with internal teams to streamline approval processes.
- Supervise daily posting schedules across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.

Community Management
- Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and brand mentions in a timely, brand-aligned manner.
