Key Responsibilities
- Provide training on CNC machine operations (Lathe, Milling, VMC, etc.)
- Teach reading and interpretation of engineering drawings and blueprints
- Train on CNC programming basics (G-code & M-code)
- Demonstrate machine setup, tooling, and calibration
- Guide trainees on measuring instruments (Vernier caliper, micrometer, gauges)
- Ensure safety procedures and workshop discipline are strictly followed
- Conduct practical sessions and monitor trainee performance
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and assessments
- Evaluate trainees through tests and practical assignments
- Maintain workshop machines and training equipment
- Stay updated with latest CNC technologies and industry practices
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
