Key Responsibilities
- Provide career counseling and guidance to students of classes 9-12, in line with CBSE norms and training modules.
- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to address academic, personal, and career-related concerns.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school leadership to support students’ holistic development.
- Maintain confidential records of counseling sessions, student progress, and career guidance activities.
- Stay updated with CBSE’s counseling support initiatives (such as Tuesday webinars launched in April 2025) and integrate them into school programs.
- Promote mental well-being and resilience among students, while upholding CBSE’s emphasis on qualified counseling support.

Qualifications:
- Education:
- Master’s degree in Psychology OR Postgraduate Diploma in Guidance & Counseling (as per CBSE 2026 guidelines).




- Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in school counseling or student guidance roles.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt counseling strategies to diverse student needs.
- Familiarity with CBSE training modules and digital tools for counseling.

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
