- Role Overview:_
- We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented _Legal Counsel_ _to manage all legal aspects of the company’s operations. The role involves handling contracts, regulatory compliance, dispute resolution, and providing legal guidance to ensure smooth and risk-free business operations._
- Key Responsibilities:_
- _Draft, review, and negotiate contracts including supplier agreements, client contracts, and service agreements_
- _Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards_
- _Manage legal documentation related to manufacturing, procurement, and distribution_
- _Handle disputes, litigation,



and arbitration matters (if any)_
- _Liaise with external legal advisors, government authorities, and regulatory bodies_
- _Provide legal opinions and risk assessments on business decisions_

- Key Requirements:_
- _Qualification:_ _LLB / LLM from a recognized university_
- _Experience:_ _5-10 years of relevant experience (preferably in manufacturing, steel, or industrial sector)_
- _Strong knowledge of corporate law, contract law, and compliance frameworks_
- _Experience in handling commercial contracts and vendor agreements_
