Key Responsibilities
- Conduct face-to-face fundraising and donor acquisition activities
- Approach individuals, communities, and businesses to generate donations
- Communicate the NGO’s mission, impact, and ongoing initiatives clearly
- Build and maintain relationships with donors and supporters
- Achieve daily and weekly fundraising targets
- Maintain accurate records of donor interactions and collections
- Share daily field reports and updates

Eligibility Criteria
- Comfortable with field-based work and direct interaction with people
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Ability to engage and build rapport with new people
- Interest in social impact and animal welfare
- Prior experience in sales, fundraising, or field roles is an advantage but not mandatory

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
