Experience: 2-3 Years (MIS / FP&A; / Finance)

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily, weekly & monthly MIS reports:
- Manage budgeting, forecasting & financial planning:
- Perform variance analysis (Budget vs Actuals):
- Conduct ratio analysis & profitability tracking:
- Build Excel dashboards, reports & financial models:
- Support data-driven business decision-making:
- Assist with basic accounting & Bank Reconciliation (BRS)

Qualification:
- MBA / PGDM (Finance)

OR CA Inter (IPCC)
- 2-3 years in MIS / Finance / FP&A; roles:
- Strong in Excel & data analysis:
- Looking for core finance + business insights role
