For Internship:
- Pursuing or recently completed degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles
- Familiar with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch

For Full-Time:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, IT, or related field
- 6 months - 1 year of experience in UI/UX design
- Solid portfolio showcasing live projects

Compensation

Internship:
- Stipend: ₹5,000 /month (or performance-based)
- Opportunity for full-time conversion

Full-Time:
- Salary: ₹10,000 /month (based on experience)
- Performance incentives
