Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform and supervise electrical, plumbing, and carpentry maintenance tasks
- Diagnose issues and implement effective repairs and preventive measures
- Handle installation, troubleshooting, and upkeep of equipment and infrastructure
- Allocate tasks and monitor team performance to ensure timely completion
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
- Maintain records of maintenance work, inventory, and service schedules
- Coordinate with vendors and other departments when required
- Respond promptly to breakdowns and emergency maintenance needs
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Robust knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, and carpentry work
- Ability to read technical drawings and manuals
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, and safety practices
- Leadership and team handling experience
- Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- ITI/Diploma/Graduate in Electrical/Mechanical or related field
- Experience in facility management or maintenance supervision
