We are hiring a Customer Care Officer for our service center.
Qualification: 12th Pass
Job Type: On-Site
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Salary: ₹10,000 - ₹12,000 per month
Job Responsibilities:
- Handling customer calls
- Allocating service calls
- Calling customers for updates and support
- Basic computer knowledge required
- Good communication skills
Training will be provided for all other tasks.
Immediate joiners will be given preference.
