Job description:
Job Summary:
The Store Executive is responsible for managing and maintaining inventory, ensuring proper storage of materials, and keeping accurate records of stock movements. The role ensures smooth material availability for operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders or delivery challans
- Properly store materials to ensure safety and easy accessibility
- Maintain accurate stock records
- Issue materials as per authorized requisitions (issue slip)
- Monitor stock levels and inform management about shortages or excess stock
- Conduct regular stock verification and physical inventory checks
- Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and coding of materials
- Coordinate with procurement and site teams for material requirements




- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock reports

Skills & Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of inventory management
- Familiarity with ERP systems (like SAP) and MS Excel
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle physical work and material handling
- Valuable communication skills

Qualifications:
- Experience: 0-3 years as Store Keeper
- Knowledge of electrical materials.
- Experience in handling site/store inventory

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
