Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and proactive Interns to join our Event Planning & Artist Management team. This role offers hands-on exposure to luxury weddings and events, where you will assist in planning, coordination, and execution while also supporting artist and talent management.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in event planning and coordination for weddings and social events
- Support in artist management, including coordination with artists, agencies, and vendors
- Help in artist bookings, travel coordination, and hospitality arrangements:
- Assist in vendor follow-ups and coordination:
- Support in pre-event planning, on-ground execution, and post-event tasks:
- Prepare basic presentations, documents, and coordination sheets:
- Conduct research for themes, artists, and event concepts:
- Ensure smooth communication between internal teams and external partners
- Pursuing or recently completed graduation (Events, Hospitality, Media, or related field preferred)
- Strong interest in events, weddings, and artist/talent management:
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced and agile environment
- Flexible to travel and work on event days (including weekends if required)
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
