Job Role: Telecaller / Sales Executive
Responsibilities:
- Call potential and existing customers to inform about our products (seeds & plants)
- Explain product details, pricing, and offers clearly
- Handle customer inquiries on phone and WhatsApp
- Generate leads and convert them into sales
- Maintain customer data and follow-up regularly
- Support order booking and coordinate with dispatch team
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
- Basic knowledge of mobile/WhatsApp usage
- Sales experience preferred (freshers can also apply)
- Polite and convincing speaking style
