Role Overview

We are looking for a compassionate and progressive Clinical Psychologist to support individuals navigating the psychological aspects of sexual and reproductive health. This role involves therapy, education, and shaping a safe space for conversations that are often silenced or stigmatized.

Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Care & Therapy
- Provide online therapy sessions for individuals and couples dealing with:
- Sexual anxiety, performance anxiety, and intimacy issues
- Relationship conflicts and communication challenges
- Body image concerns and self-esteem issues
- Trauma (including sexual trauma,



with sensitivity and boundaries)
- Mental health concerns linked to reproductive health (PCOS, infertility, pregnancy, postpartum, etc.)
- Use evidence-based approaches (CBT, REBT, trauma-informed care, etc.)
- Maintain proper documentation, confidentiality, and ethical standards

Inclusive & Safe Practice
- Create a non-judgmental, affirming space for all genders and identities
- Be sensitive to LGBTQIA+ experiences and diverse relationship dynamics:
- Handle culturally sensitive topics with empathy and professionalism

Education & Awareness
- Collaborate with the content team to:
- Develop mental health and sexual wellbeing content:
- Address stigma around therapy, sex, and relationships
- Participate in webinars, workshops, and awareness campaigns

Product & Platform Contribution
- Work with product and care teams to:
- Design mental health care journeys within the platform
- Improve therapy experien
