Role Overview:
Code School Finland is looking for passionate educators (B.Ed / M.Ed) to lead teacher training and pedagogy implementation across partner schools in India. This role focuses on delivering Finnish pedagogy-based training, enabling teachers to confidently teach AI, coding, robotics,



and future skills using project-based learning models. No technical background is required. Comprehensive training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

1. Teacher Training & Pedagogy Delivery:
Deliver online and in-person training sessions for school teachers
Train teachers on: ◦ AI & Coding curriculum delivery ◦ Finnish pedagogy (project-based & experiential learning) ◦ Classroom integration strategies Conduct demo classes and model lessons

2. Curriculum Implementation Support:
Guide schools in implementing Code School Finland curriculum (Grades 1‒10) Support teachers in: ◦ Lesson planning ◦ Activity-based teaching ◦ Student project facilitation Ensure quality and consistency across schools

3. Academic Monitoring & Mentoring:
Conduct classroom observations (offline/virtual) Provide feedback and improvement plans for teachers Track teacher progress and training outcomes
