Role Overview

We are looking for dynamic Telugu-speaking Sales Officers who are passionate about field sales and interested in building a strong career in the marine engineering industry. The role involves extensive travel to coastal fishing regions, meeting boat owners, dealers, and industry partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell marine gearboxes, propulsion engines, and marine engines
- Develop strong relationships with fishing boat owners, dealers, and marine businesses
- Identify new business opportunities in coastal markets
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Provide product guidance and technical support to customers
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements




- Expand company presence in Telugu-speaking coastal regions
- Experience in field sales (marine, automobile, engine, equipment, machinery, or similar industry preferred)
- Fluent in Telugu (mandatory):
- Knowledge of Tamil / Hindi is an added advantage
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel frequently to coastal fishing locations
- Self-driven, target-oriented mindset
