Mesmerayz is looking for a driven and personable Field Sales Representative to expand our presence across retail stores, salons, and beauty outlets. This role involves visiting stores, building relationships, promoting our products, and driving sales growth in assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities
- Visit retail stores, cosmetic shops, salons, and distributors to promote Mesmerayz products
- Generate new leads and onboard retailers and stockists
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat orders
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage to store owners and staff
- Ensure proper product placement, visibility, and merchandising in stores
- Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collect payments and manage order processing when required
- Provide regular sales reports and feedback from the market

Requirements:
- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in beauty,



cosmetics, or FMCG
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with travel and meeting clients daily
- Basic understanding of skincare, makeup, or beauty products
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and energetic personality
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with retailers

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with salons, cosmetic distributors, or retail chains
- Existing network in the beauty industry (a strong plus)

Compensation
- Fixed salary + performance-based incentives
