We are looking for a responsible and pet-loving Store Operations and Customer Experience Executive to manage our pet store operations in Vennala, Kochi.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers visiting the store
- Handle appointment bookings and billing (POS system)
- Answer phone calls and WhatsApp inquiries professionally
- Maintain store cleanliness and front desk organization
- Assist in managing inventory and stock display
- Coordinate with grooming staff for smooth daily operations
- Drive the pet pickup & drop van when required




- Ensure pets are handled safely and comfortably

Requirements:
- Comfortable handling dogs and cats
- Good communication skills (Malayalam, English and basic Hindi)
- Friendly, confident, and customer-focused personality
- Basic computer knowledge
- Valid driving license (LMV)
- Freshers can apply

- Responsible and punctual
- Ability to multitask in a quick-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
