This role does involve English communication, especially reading, writing, and customer handling through chats and online platforms. However, instant English speaking fluency is not our priority.

If your basics are strong — grammar, reading, writing, comprehension, sincerity, and willingness to learn — spoken confidence and professional communication can be developed over time with training and practical exposure.

Role Responsibilities:
- Chat and coordinate with customers through WhatsApp and online platforms
- Support customer onboarding and existing client handling
- Coordinate internally for smooth order processing
- Maintain proper follow-ups and timely responses
- Learn business operations, customer handling, and online sales systems

What We Are Looking For:
- Fresher or up to 2-3 years experience
- Minimum 60% marks in Mathematics and English in school/college
- Good basic English understanding (grammar, reading, writing, comprehension)
- Spoken English can improve gradually with training and exposure
