Responsibilities:
- Coordination with the headquarters team regarding dispatches, invoices, E-way bills, and overall operational documentation to ensure smooth day-to-day logistics and timely processing of orders.
- Timely maintenance of inward and outward stock sheets, including proper recording of incoming and outgoing material, dispatch tracking, and inventory updates on a daily basis.
- Monitor and check stock levels on a weekly basis to ensure proper inventory management, avoid stock shortages or excess inventory, and coordinate with the concerned teams for timely replenishment and dispatch planning. Maintain accurate stock records and report discrepancies, damages, or shortages to management promptly.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of invoices, transport details, dispatch records, and warehouse-related reports for audit and operational purposes.
- Coordinate with warehouse and transport teams to ensure timely dispatches and smooth material movement.
- Maintain accuracy in inventory records and support regular stock verification activities.
- Follow up with internal teams and vendors regarding pending dispatches, material receipts, and operational updates.
