As an Aptitude Trainer at Srinath University, your responsibilities would typically include:
- Conducting Aptitude Training Sessions: Delivering training programs focused on quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, verbal ability, and other relevant skills to help students prepare for competitive exams and placement tests.
- Curriculum Development: Designing and updating course materials, practice tests, and learning modules that align with current industry standards and recruitment patterns.
- Assessment and Evaluation: Creating and administering tests to evaluate students' aptitude levels and progress, providing feedback to help them improve.
- Individual and Group Coaching: Offering personalized guidance and coaching to address specific student needs, while also managing group training sessions effectively.
- Placement Preparation Support: Assisting students with interview preparation, mock tests, group discussions, and other placement-related activities.
- Maintaining Student Records: Keeping track of attendance, test scores,



and overall performance to monitor progress and identify areas requiring additional attention.
- Collaborating with Placement Cell: Coordinating with the university’s placement cell to understand the requirements of various companies and tailoring training accordingly.
- Motivational Support: Encouraging and motivating students to develop a positive attitude towards aptitude learning and placement challenges.
- Keeping Updated with Industry Trends: Staying informed about changes in recruitment processes, exam patterns, and industry demands to keep training relevant and effective.
