About the Role:
As an Store Executive at ILOVEDOGS PRIVATE LIMITED, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the store’s operations and ensuring a delightful shopping experience for pet lovers. From managing daily activities to achieving sales targets, you will act as a vital contributor to our mission of delivering exceptional products and services in the pet retail industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Store Operations:_ Support daily store functions, including opening/closing,



maintaining visual merchandising standards, and ensuring the store remains clean and organized.
- Customer Service:_ Provide expert advice on pet products with a passion for animals, striving to achieve high customer satisfaction and review ratings.
- Team Leadership:_ Maintain a skilled and presentable Front Desk team, holding them accountable for appearance and conduct.
- Sales:_Achieve monthly sales targets by recommending appropriate products and services.
- Inventory Management:_ Monitor stock levels, process new orders, and handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.
- Administrative Tasks:_ Maintain daily sales records (DSR), handle petty cash, process billing, and manage spa appointments and home deliveries.
- Availability:_Ability to work weekends and holidays to meet customer demands.
