About the Role

As a Communication Designer Intern, you will sit at the intersection of brand storytelling and visual execution — crafting compelling creatives that drive real results for our clients across paid media, organic social, and brand identity projects. This is a hands-on role where your work goes live from day one.

What You'll Do
- Design high-converting ad creatives for Meta, Instagram, and Google campaigns for D2C brands in beauty, fashion, and lifestyle.
- Develop social media content — static posts, carousels, stories, and reels thumbnails — aligned with each brand's visual identity.
- Collaborate with the strategy and content team to translate campaign briefs into impactful visual narratives.
- Create brand presentation decks, pitch materials, and client-facing reports with polished visual design.
- Maintain and evolve brand visual guidelines for multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Iterate quickly based on performance data and A/B test results to optimize creative output.

What We're Looking For




- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating digital design skills — social media, advertising, or branding projects preferred.
- Proficiency in Figma; working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator; Premiere / After Effects is a plus).
- Solid understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Genuine interest in beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or luxury brand aesthetics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, take feedback constructively, and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, proactive mindset.
