Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, service, and repair RO water purifiers at customer locations
- Conduct regular maintenance checks and filter replacements
- Diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions
- Maintain service records and update customer history
- Educate customers on RO usage, maintenance, and safety guidelines
- Manage service calls, respond promptly, and ensure timely completion
- Coordinate with the sales and customer support teams for smooth operations
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
- Follow safety protocols during all on-site visits
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in RO installation and servicing (freshers with technical training can also apply)
- Basic understanding of water purification systems and plumbing
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Positive communication skills and customer handling ability
- Physically fit to handle equipment and travel for service calls
- Willingness to learn and adapt to current technologies
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: On-site and field visits from Keshav Puram branch
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
