A Middle School Teacher is responsible for teaching students in grades 5-8, helping them develop academic knowledge, social skills, and positive values in a supportive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons according to the curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessments.
- Monitor and evaluate students’ academic progress and behavior.
- Maintain classroom discipline and encourage positive learning.
- Support students’ emotional and social development.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance.
- Participate in school meetings, events, and extracurricular activities.
- Maintain attendance records and student reports.




- Use contemporary teaching methods and educational technology effectively.

Required Qualifications
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Good communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to motivate and guide middle school students.
- Basic computer and digital teaching skills.
