The Infection Control Nurse at Reviva Clinic (Hair Transplant Unit) is responsible for ensuring strict infection prevention and control standards during hair transplant procedures (e.g., FUE), minor surgical interventions, and post-procedure care to maintain patient and staff safety.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enforce infection control protocols specific to minor surgical and hair transplant procedures.
- Monitor aseptic techniques, sterile field maintenance, and PPE compliance during procedures.
- Oversee sterilization of surgical instruments and proper handling of grafts.
- Conduct routine infection control audits and maintain surveillance records.
- Train clinical staff on hand hygiene, surgical site infection (SSI) prevention,



and safe injection practices.
- Manage biohazard waste disposal and exposure incidents (e.g., needle-stick injuries).
- Ensure compliance with local health authority regulations and inspection requirements.

Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum 3 years clinical experience (surgical or dermatology setting preferred).
- Infection control training or certification preferred.
