Job description:
- Assemble components, sub-assemblies, and final battery packs according to manufacturing drawings, BOMs, and SOPs.
- Work with electro-mechanical parts, wiring, connectors, battery cells, modules, and pack housings.
- Follow defined assembly sequences, torque settings, and quality checkpoints.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and test equipment for assembly and initial checks.
- Inspect and verify parts and assemblies to ensure compliance with specifications; report defects or deviations.
- Maintain clean and organized workstations, adhering to safety and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) guidelines.
- Collaborate with quality and engineering teams to suggest improvements in assembly processes.
- Complete production documentation and assembly records accurately.
- Assist in testing and functional verification of assembled units (basic electrical checks).
