Key Responsibilities:
- Order Processing & Dispatch Coordination:
- Coordinate and process dispatch orders for transformers, CRGO steel products, and related components, ensuring accurate packaging and timely shipment.
- Ensure products are properly labeled, and all necessary documentation (invoices, delivery notes, etc.) is prepared and included with the shipments.
- Liaise with internal teams (production, warehouse, and sales) to ensure dispatch timelines align with production schedules and customer requirements.
- Logistics & Shipping Management:
- Coordinate with transporters and freight companies to organize and schedule shipments based on delivery timelines and customer needs.
- Ensure the proper handling, packaging, and loading of transformers and CRGO steel to minimize any potential damage during transportation.
- Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely deliveries and provide status updates to the relevant departments or customers.
- Inventory & Stock Management:
- Maintain accurate records of dispatched products and ensure that inventory levels are regularly updated.




- Conduct regular checks to verify that dispatched items match the order and resolve any discrepancies immediately.
- Ensure productive warehouse management practices to facilitate smooth dispatch operations.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Prepare and maintain dispatch records, including shipping documents, delivery receipts, and any related paperwork for tracking purposes.
- Generate regular reports on dispatch operations, including shipment status, delays, and inventory levels, for management review.
- Ensure all dispatch activities comply with relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and customer requirements.
- Customer Communication & Support:
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries regarding delivery status, product availability, and any dispatch-related issues.
- Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to orders, such as delivery delays or damage
