Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
Creating SOPs & checklists for key farm activities (composting, spawning, casing, watering, harvesting, cleaning, packing) with explicit steps, do's/don'ts, timings, and QC points.
Building dashboard + trackers in Excel/Google Sheets (room-wise readings, crop stage tracking, yield/flush tracking, quality/rejections, labour/task completion).
Daily data collection & validation: capture and verify readings (temp/RH/CO /FAE/watering) + production numbers and ensure logs are accurate and complete.
R&D; trial planning & execution support: help design small trials (one variable at a time), maintain trial sheets, and ensure proper documentation of changes and results.
Root-cause analysis & insights: analyze trends (yield drops, quality issues, contamination/patchiness, flush shifts) and propose actionable fixes backed by data.
AI-assisted documentation & reporting:



use AI tools (ChatGPT/others) to draft SOPs, summarize observations, create templates, and improve clarity then finalize with on-ground reality checks.
Weekly reporting system: prepare daily/weekly reports for owner/manager with key KPIs, exceptions/alerts, issues found, and next actions.
Training material & handover: convert SOPs into simple worker-friendly formats (Hindi/English if needed), posters, and checklists; train manager/team on how to use trackers and follow SOPs.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
