US/Canada IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods.
- Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an IT Recruiter Canada and US or similar role.
- Action-oriented with a proactive approach to recruiting.
- Ability to manage demanding internal clients with professionalism and efficiency.
- Experience in hiring for both legacy technologies and cutting-edge programming languages, including AI.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT,



Computer, or a related field.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and resume databases.
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting in the IT consulting or related industry.
