To ensure accurate, timely, and complete production data management in MS Dynamics (MDM), from Raw Material

(RM) and Packaging Material (PM) to Finished Goods (FG), while supporting production, inventory control, variance

analysis, and continuous improvement in a labor-intensive manufacturing setting

Key Responsibilities

1. Production Transactions & System Management
- Complete all production transactions from RM to FG on time.
- Create and post batch entries in MS Dynamics (MDM).
- Ensure correct BOM consumption and output entry.
- Generate shipping labels through system.
- Ensure timely closure of daily production entries.
- Highlight and follow up on MDM/system-related issues until resolution.

2. Data Accuracy & Control
- Ensure accurate and timely data capture in system.
- Maintain high data accuracy in production entries.
- Validate material codes, batch numbers, and quantities before posting.
- Prevent incorrect postings and duplicate entries.

3. Stock & Wastage Monitoring
- Support Section In-Charge in maintaining physical vs system stock accuracy.




- Track RM/PM (Raw Material / Packing Material) consumption.
- Monitor and report RM/PM wastage.
- Assist in daily/monthly stock reconciliation.
- Identify and highlight stock variances immediately.

4. Variance Analysis & Action Planning
- Prepare daily variance reports (Production, Yield, Wastage, Efficiency).
- Share variance report with plant team.
- Prepare action plans along with production team.
- Take follow-up actions and track closure.
- Analyze production data to identify improvement areas.

5. Manpower & Efficiency Reporting
- Maintain labor data records.
- Prepare manpower efficiency reports.
- Track productivity metrics.
- Support performance monitoring of production lines.

6. Reporting & Dashboard Management
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
- Prepare dashboards for plant review.
- Ensure timely reporting to plant management.
- Maintain documentation for audit purpo
