IT Administrator (IT Admin)

Job Type: Full-Time

Reports To: IT Manager / Director of IT

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and computer systems
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
- Provide technical support to employees (hardware, software, network issues)
- Maintain IT documentation and system inventories
- Ensure data security, backups, and disaster recovery procedures
- Manage antivirus, firewall, and endpoint protection systems
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software procurement
- Perform system upgrades and patches
- Support cloud services (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, etc.)
- Maintain compliance with IT policies and security standards

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred
- 3-5 years of IT support or system administration experience
- Solid knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory,



and networking fundamentals
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or similar)
- Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) is a plus
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and user support skills
