Key Responsibilities:
- Perform in-process inspection on VMC and CNC machines
- Check components as per drawing specifications and tolerances
- Use QC instruments to measure dimensions accurately
- Maintain inspection reports and quality records
- Identify defects and coordinate with production team
- Ensure adherence to company quality standardsRequired Skills:
- Experience in VMC/CNC in-process inspection (2-3 years mandatory)
- Knowledge of QC instruments such as:
- Vernier Caliper
- Micrometer
- Height Gauge
- Dial Indicator
- Bore Gauge
- Ability to read engineering drawings
- Basic knowledge of GD&T; and tolerances
- Valuable communication and teamwork skills
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
